Our Facilities

The main offices of J&K Sales Associates are located in Manchester, NH. Our building on East Industrial Park Drive provides easy access to Rte 93 and all of New England.

Our building includes 25,000 square feet of warehouse space, providing plenty of stock to support our role as a buy/sell rep for many product lines. J&K Sales is also proud to be the Northeast stocking distribution center for Oatey SCS, allowing for fast turn around for Oatey customers in New England.

Following along with the tenants of our Mission Statement, we recognize the importance of training. To that end, we have a 35-seat training classroom on site in which we provide product trainings for all of our product lines.

Along with our classroom, we also have a live-fire equipment lab highlighting our technical equipment lines. Live-fire units allow for hands-on training, troubleshooting and the advantage of real-time operation. Our contractor trainings are a hybrid of classroom instruction and hands-on training, which allows for ample product knowledge acquisition, regardless of the contractors preferred form of information intake.

Not all trainings happen at our facility. Our vehicle fleet includes a live-fire trailer that can be brought to wholesale or contractor locations for on-site trainings. Our outside technical advisors and trainers also have J&K vans which can carry compact live-fire displays for any situation.
