We are looking for qualified Outside Sales people residing in New England/Upstate New York. At least five years of outside sales experience is required. We seek individuals that are highly motivated and have excellent sales and communication skills to increase sales with new and existing customers. The position requires New product sales development and relationship management and for both new and existing accounts. Candidate should be skilled in MS Word, Outlook and Excel. Candidate should possess high end sales skills and the passion to support our reputation in the industry of providing exceptional sales and service.

Outside Tech Support
We are looking for licensed contractors in the Plumbing/Heating/Gas Fitter field that are looking to trade-in their tools and make a positive career change. Candidates should be open to travel in the New England and upstate NY territory supporting our Industrial Process Piping and Heating product. The travel will involve some overnight trips. Interested candidates should have experience with the latest developments in Process Piping and Heating Technologies. Duties would involve visiting new equipment start-ups, training and troubleshooting with contractors. From time to time you will also conduct group training in our 35-seat technical training classroom and live fire hydronics and water heating training lab. Skills we are seeking: confident to speak in front of large groups, knowledge of process piping and hydronic heating systems, willingness to learn, ability to travel, flexible schedule, self-assuredness and confidence, as well as experience with MS Word, Outlook and Excel.

Customer Service
A position in Customer Service requires at least two years of experience in that field. The individual must have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, have the ability to multi-task, manage time, be a problem solver and skilled in MS Word, Outlook and Excel. This position requires a lot of phone contact with customers to provide pricing and availability of product, take orders, make changes to orders, following up on orders and to obtain details of customer issues. Handling customer issues requires problem solving skills and following up with customers and manufacturers. Order entry accuracy and exceptional communication skills are essential to success in this position.
Inside Tech Support
We seek Inside Technical Support specialists who are licensed contractors in the Plumbing/Heating/Gas Fitter field that are looking to trade-in their tools and make a positive career change. Interested candidates should have experience with process piping and hydronic heating technology. Daily duties would involve responding to troubleshooting calls over the phone with contractors and engineers on our engineered product lines, as well as provide quotes and specification/sizing on customer projects. From time to time you will also conduct group training in our 35-seat technical training classroom and live fire hydronics and water heating training lab. Skills we are seeking: confident to speak in front of large groups, knowledge of hydronic and other heat systems, willingness to learn, self-assuredness and confidence, as well as experience with MS Word, Outlook and Excel. Occasional overnight travel may be needed to support territory trade shows and conduct contractor training.
Warehouseman
We seek a detail orientated individual that can support our warehouse shipping, receiving and inventory warehouse functions. Candidate must have at least two years of experience as a general warehouse worker, including a high school education. Basic math, reading and language skills are needed in order to perform inventory counts, pick orders, comprehend bills of lading and order requests, and communicate with other employees. Physical labor is required in order to load and unload trucks as well as put inventory away. The handling of inventory may be done by hand or may require the use of electric fork trucks and/or hand trucks.
